Submitting Files

Two ways to submit your files:

1. Submitting files via FTP

Use our new web-based FTP upload client:
(Please contact your Project Coordinatior if you need login information)

Log in to RT's web-based FTP site

If you wish to use a traditional FTP client or application, our server address is below:

• Server: ftp.rtcolor.com
• User Id: Please contact your Project Coordinator

Please be sure to Stuff (Mac) or Zip (PC) your files before uploading to avoid any file corruption during transmission.

2. Submitting High Resolution PDF Files through InSite

• InSite allows PDF file submission without the use of proprietary software.
• Uploads can be preflighted, preflight reports generated, reviewed and approved for print all from your local desktop.
• Using RT specific settings and your native applications such as InDesign, Quark and Acrobat Professional will allow you to create successful PDFs that can be submitted through InSite
